Winding up developing / drawing

After we now our desirable body" quadrangle pyramid with cylindrical penetration "in all necessary views have signed faithful to graduation, we begin so-called winding up to developing / drawing. during us the views still in a graduation (compelling in actual size) could not sign, now we have to do the winding up in the size drawing in which the body should be produced. In our case we remain with the actual size, need no lengths in a graduation to count.
The side lengths of the body ground can take over directly from our views. Also the hole of a circle for the penetration. The necessary sticking fold not forgotten and to the orientation with four small marks join.
Unfortunately, the true lengths of four sloping edges of the ground high to the respective point at the upper end of the penetration of a circle we cannot infer directly from our views.  Because of the sloping situation these are shown there shortened. Probably, however, we can take over the length from the ring of a circle in the ground up to the external corner and the true height of the ground up to the upper point directly. Because we can deal with a right-angled triangle we the true edge length with the help of the Pythagoras (a ² + b ² = c ²) comfortably calculate.

Exactly to determine the parable-shaped curves which originate on top on the sides of our body from the cylindrical penetration, the 24th division of the circle is necessary in the plan view (see views page 1). The vertical green auxiliary lines (rays) on the winding up in suitable distances transfer and calculate the true lengths again with Pythagoras. So we find the points on which the parable-shaped curves must lie. The points now with the help of a curve ruler connect. The necessary sticking folds not forgotten!

The unwound cylindrical inside part becomes easy with the formula Extent (U=3,14 * d)   calculates. We can take over the heights for the parable-shaped curves again directly from the views (24th division). The sticking fold and the marks do not forget!

Our desirable body, a " quadrangle pyramid with cylindrical penetration"as a winding up developing / drawing.  The winding up must be drawn in size in which the body should be produced. In this case in the graduation 1:1.

It are the ground with penetration of a circle and Sticking fals; the inside cylinder and the outside coat shown.
